I believe CGFNS is for foreign nationals who train outside the US. If you train here, I don't think you need it.
Well, when I talked to lawyer, even though he knew I have degree and Nclex from US, he asked me to get CGFNS visa screen.
Does this makes sense?

hi everyone
I m an MBA(major:general mba)student in a university in texas. I have an bachelors of engineeing (electrical & electronics)from india. I have found an desi employer who is ready to train me in SAP (FICO)functional and than place me on projects to diffeent companies. Since i m graduating in august 2008 ,At first i have to work for him on OPT and than in apil 2009 my employer will sponcer my h1 visa.
Now my question is....
1) can i work in SAP FICO functional , when i m on my opt?(opt means i have to work in a job directly related to my major field of study and i guess SAP is not related to my field major field of study)
2)will i have problems getting a h1b visa? (since General MBA and SAP are completely different fields )
Any comments or suggestions will be appreciated.

graduated with a MS in Computer science in may2007.
i applied to another university and got my sevis transferred to do my MBA there.
i have done 11 months 20 days of full time CPT at the previous university(where i did my MS).
am i eligible for another full time CPT at my new university where i have started my MBA (from jan 21st 2008)?
the international students service at my previous university is saying "i am eligible for 12months of full time CPT for every educational level, and i cannot get another 12 months if i do MBA because it is a masters degree too".
please suggest.

I was on F-1 Visa in 2003 I applied for the labor certification through a friend's company- call it Company- A, on the intention to to work in his company as a Network administrator. I got my labor approved and I -140 is approved too. The priority date is december 2003. All these years I was waiting for my priority date to become current.Currently I work for Company B with same job title and credentials. I have an H-1 from company B.
What do you suggest
1) Shall I go ahead and apply for the I 485 from company A (company A is willing to help). Can INS ask for the pay stubs? Becoz I never actually worked at my friend's company.
2) It will take 3-4 months for company B to finish doing my labor certification and apply for my I -140. But it would be too late for the priroty date. (It may retrogress).
3)I understand that once my current company's I -140 is approved i can request to keepo my previous priority date
what shall i do now in july/august.

Hi,
I don't have direct personal experience with those particular lenses, however as a general rule suplementary lenses can be designed to give sharper results if they are designed to go in front of a particular lens. (the Nikon suplementary wide angle is probably slightly sharper) If it were me I would try the lenses I already have to see if the results I got from either or both were adequate for my personal purposes before I shelled out more bucks to change them. Even if they are terribly unsharp you may find that the exact look of the unsharpness is apealing in your images.
as far as a UV filter goes it is usualy a very subtle difference in the look of the images, unless you have a habit of destroying the front element of your lenses. If that were the case it could save you the cost of replaceing scratched lenses. Personaly I just make it a habit to keep my fingers off of the front of the glass, and so far in the last 30 or so years I haven't needed to keep a UV or skylight filter on my lenses.
